Itinerary

Arrive at Leh Airport and transfer to your hotel by the K2K Expeditions team. The day is kept free for rest and acclimatization. In the evening, a short trip briefing will be conducted at the hotel. Bikes and riding gear will be provided

Today you will be driving through one of the most famous pass KHARDUNG-LA, which was the highest motorable road in the world till 2023. The drive includes a visit to the impressive Diskit Monastery.

In the evening we will reach Hunder the place of our today’s accommodation. After check-in to the campsite you can visit the Hunder and take a camel safari at your own.

Start your journey towards the mesmerizing Pangong Lake via the scenic Shyok Route.
Witness spectacular mountain vistas and remote Himalayan villages along the way.
Arrive at Pangong Lake and admire its ever-changing shades of blue.
Enjoy the serene surroundings and beautiful sunset views.
Overnight stay near Pangong Lake.

After breakfast, drive towards the remote village of Hanle.
Pass through the charming region of Chushul and witness the untouched beauty of Eastern Ladakh.
Explore the picturesque landscapes and vast open valleys.
Visit Hanle Monastery (subject to local conditions and permissions).
Overnight stay in Hanle.

Begin your adventure towards Umling La Pass, one of the highest motorable roads in the world.
